The Indigo Airlines executive asked me to obtain my boarding pass from different counter mentioned that i will not be able to make it on time . After that said the boarding pass cannot be issued now and i have to change flight i was with senior citizen and young children . when i went to the counter the counter staff has mentioned that i could check in. Then this ground executive makes signs and says not to check in . The manager has intervened and issued the boarding pass and no assistance to help senior citizen to help me with security check. After reaching the boarding gates the boarding official has informed that the flight has taken off . ** minutes prior to departure time, The said flight took off ** minutes after the scheduled departure. We were forced to buy rescheduled ticket . If this is not the airlines has not issued Invoice for having collected charges of Rs.**** / for each ticket * *****. The flight No.Indigo *E***.PNR EJBZ*V and UZCVSE.
