Dish TV - Misleading and not availing the offer

I raised a request for STB updation to MPEG* (HD). The dish tv customer care executive told me about the offer. The offer was that in Rs. ***/- STB will be upgraded to
HD and if I recharge for * months then the company would provide you an extra * months. On **rd of March, my STB was upgraded to HD but customer care
denied to give me * months free offer because they said that the offer was expired in their system. So Senior Executive registered my service request for clarity of this offer and forward my complaint about call recording. They
said the complaint will be processed and resolved within ** to ** hours.
Yesterday I received an email from dish tv and they clarified about the offer (email screenshot attached) but customer care's senior executive denied for availing that offer.
