I tried to book the hotel through Agoda and while booking so they mentioned a particular price now there were * things mentioned and there is a whole sought of confusion. On the top, they gave just * minutes to complete the formalities. I called the hotel and asked them about it so they are saying that I have booked that but I have not. As a regular customer I looked for ** pm check-in and ** pm check-out. So why this confusion of statements?
