no broker com - Misguide the public

I was willing to purchase a flat in malad East (near passport office) and asked for any leads they told me you have to pay amount of Rs.****then only we will provide you leads and help you to go through this and help you in purchase of flat I was agree and they sent me * link through that link I have to made payments to no broker I was not able to make payment due to lack of knowledge (being senior citizen) I don’t know how to make payment and with their concent I requested my son in law to make payment as soon as they got payment they started sending me flats at borivali but that was not required I wanted to purchase flat at Malad. When I spoke to them their reply was we don’t have any flats for sale in Malad East so we will refund your money in ** days . First of all this is wrong why you accept money when don’t have service to provide but now almost * months have passed they don’t answer my calls at all and they argue with me in email and name in account number is different so not possible to return your payment
