I have booked two night stay **th and **th and same amount has been paid offline as per the website instructions given by Booking.com. As per website I need to pay **** but the property host has charged me *** extra without giving the reason for it.
He repeatedly asked to cancel booking to save website charges on him. I didn't cancel the booking and he has cancelled the booking after our stay is completed. Now I am in need of invoices but unable to do it. However the host has harassed calling multiple times during our tour and threatened us. Booking.com haven't responded or haven't taken any actions after complaining this. Looking forward to resolve this teach lessons for such frauds. I can provide all the records of confirmation and cancellation details from email.
