Pure ev epluto - Misconduct and act of deception by EV dealer and company

Going back to last year, I had an issue with my scooty battery and I was asked to put an active balancing chip in the battery to get the battery fixed which costed me INR *,*** and the Hegde Nagar showroom team assured me that I would not be getting anymore of such issues with my battery.
Now, coming back to this year in the month of March, I got the same issues with my battery and I had given my battery to get the issues fixed to the Click Retail showroom, Hegde Nagar, Bangalore on *th March, ****. It had already been more than ** days, and the team at the click retail showroom and service center had no idea about the time it would take to get it fixed. Initially while giving the battery, I was told that it would take only *-* hours in fixing up the issues. However, upon contacting the team after *-* hours, I was told there was a manpower issue so it would take another ** days to get it fixed and there was a series issue in the battery and * out of ** series in the battery was defective, and that needed to be changed, which would cost around INR ****-**** but then even after ** days they still didn’t know how much time it was going to take them.
Moving on to March **, ****, I contacted the showroom again to follow up on the situation and I was told that they still had a manpower issue and asked me to take the battery to the Yehlanka showroom. (manpower issue was because there agreement with Pure EV had been terminated which I wasn't informed about the first time I gave them the scooty)
When I took my battery to the Yehlanka showroom on the same day and got it checked by their service staff, they generated a report which showed around *-* series were defective after which I showed them the report sent to me by Hegde nagar showroom on *th March, ****.
The staff at Yehlanka showroom compared both reports and informed me that as per the report generated by Hegde Nagar showroom, there were no major issues in the battery and they could have been easily fixed by them. However, they messed with the battery trying to fix it and made it even worse and that now it was gonna cost INR *****-***** to get it fixed. So, I spoke to Manager at Hegde Nagar showroom and he promised me that he would fix it up for me and it was still going to cost only INR ****-****.
I trusted the manager and gave back my scooty to Hegde Nagar showroom since they were the one to mess up the battery and again I was told it would take them **-** days to get it fixed.
By the end of April, I started to follow up again with the showroom and this time they told me that they were still trying to get it fixed but now they were not sure about the time it would take them to fix it.
“The manager explicitly told me it might even take them a year to get it fixed”.
It’s *st May ****, and I just had a conversation with the manager and he was really rude to me and asked me to take back my battery and that he was not gonna fix it and told me, “Do whatever you want to do, file an FIR or a consumer court case, I don’t care, just take your battery from me I am not responsible for your battery”. These were his exact words after making me wait for * whole months and messing up the battery even more.
In those * months while he had my scooty I had to travel to work by spending INR *** on a daily basis, the only reason being that he kept my scooty battery for * months that still isn’t fixed.
After waiting for a few days when there were no other options left with me, I thought of raising a complaint with Pure EV since it's their product so I tried their customer care number which came out to be a total waste of time as they are never available after which I raised a complaint on their company website and the next day a guy named Prashant contacted me on whatsapp, and told me there was nothing they could do and that it's not their responsibility but the dealer's. It's totally their responsibility to inform the customer if there is voided agreement with one of their dealer (the same dealer who sold me the scooty).
Moving on, he tried to convince me to exchange the battery for INR **,*** which wasn't a solution to my problem. Why would I spend so much money if one of their dealers messed up my battery and not claiming responsibility for it. After a few days of talking and convincing, this guy told me that taking my issues into consideration that spoke to his manager and they have agreed to reduce the price to INR **,***. I thought of taking that offer and told him that I would accept the offer but then he told me to transfer the money first and then after ** days I would receive my battery. In today's world with so many cyber crimes and scams happening all over the world, how was I supposed to trust this guy so I told him that I accept the offer but I want to involve a dealer into this deal since they only have an office in Hyderabad and it seemed the best option for the company as well as for me but this guy rejected it saying that I would not be able exchange my battery for INR ***** if I involve the dealer as it's the comapny's offer and that made me suspicious as he was also asking me to pay him the amount first.
That's everything that has happened with me till now and the dealer still has my battery. I have both the reports mentioned above as evidence and also the whatsapp chats with the company representative.
Please help me with the same.
