I am the customer bought bike , almost one plus year completed. But within one year pure ev epluto battery not charging properly. we put charge ** mins, It will show fully charged. But we drive only * km. Customer Service also not good , they didn't response properly. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
