We bought pure ev epluto low speed model on **/*/**** from SVD e power showroom of pure ev Vijayawada. They promised **km of range but from the start the range dropped continuously & at present it gives a devastating **km range. The vehicle also stopped a couple of times on the road. due to large number of batteries draining and range falling drastically customers begin to ask them questions. they've sold the vehicle with * year warranty but now closed the showroom completely and ran away without giving our due service period also.
We request voxya team to please take action against the company and showroom dealer as well and please provide us with a new battery which was promised under * year warranty.
