I have ordered a LG**L with i wave microwave oven and confirmed on **-**-**** accordingly my ordered item hasbeen shiped through eKart logistic vide-FMPP********** on tracking i found that the item is out for delivry on*st january **** and on night at **.**pm your delivery executive mrked as delivered but so far the item is not delivered. This is a prepaid item. Kindly enquire the matter and resolve my case as soon as possible
