Ecom Express - MISBEHAVING AND UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL TO SENIOR CITIZEN COMPLAINT FOR DELIVERY MAN

AWB No. - **********. My mother had fell victim to a disrespectful and misbehaving delivery boy from Ecom Express. When told to climb a set of stairs to second floor of building since no one but my diabetic and hypertension patient mother was there in the house. The delivery boy did not comply even when given assurance that he can take his bag inside the gate and put it there for safety purposes, He refused to deliver it to our floor and told my mom "Khud nahi aa skti ho neeche?" And "main nai aane wala upar". After lot of request he started to argue and fight with my mum. My mum called me tired and heaving that a rude delivery boy argued with her regarding delivery of order, did not come up and made my patient mum come all the way down for her delivery. I want proper resolution and punishment of the disrespectful employee and for verification he maybe put on a conference call with the management and my mother. The whole neighborhood is a witness to his misbehaviour and rudeness. I plan on to report this incident on consumer court if proper action is not taken.
