I am Jyoti Juneja. I ordered milk from milkbasket they didn’t deliver but they are randomly deducting amount from Wallets. Whenever I am raising complaints through app no one is responding and automatically they close the issue. Today I ordered milk and vegetables, the delivery agent came and started shouting and when asked to speak politely he took back all the ordered and amount didn’t refund. I am trying to connect milk basket but no one is responding and not refunding my amount. This is really pathetic and harassing for customers.
