It was very horrible and inhuman experience with Air India staff when I was flying from Delhi to Kolkata on *st May'**. I was at gate no. ** where AI staff PARMINDER KAUR was on duty. I have never seen such a lady who neither had humanity nor sense about how to talk with passengers specially with lady.i was having a connecting flight from jabalpur to delhi to kolkata. i didnt stopped or informed by jabalpur authority for RTPCR report but i did mine and my mother who was flying with me in delhi airport also i am carrying a RTPCR report from jabalpur also . but it was more than ** hrs .Then i told her and shown my reports of delhi also which they given me in message with details but MISS PARVINDER KAUR rudely denied my all reports with a frustrated reply that she cant help. she was so frustrated that she denied to atleast talk the authority of delhi RTPCR team . she even refused the delhi airport authority report which they given to me . I must say that being a lady she is also rude with her rest * junior staff . just to say that please if there is a policy to deboard the passenger who mishave with staff then management should also suspend these type of seniors who have no ethics no manners no humanity especially in these pandemic time where passengers like us flying on urgently basis. Even i dont know on what basis she is in that post where she dont know how to guide and how to talk . On the other side her co staff is super cooperative and giving us guidance . BUT she is disguisted . I request to AIR INDIA management team of Delhi to look upon this matter and warned her or take some action till she learn some manners and humanity especially in this pandemic time where every one is rushing we dont want to deal with these kind of people like MISS PARVINDER KAUR.
