I am using Infinity plan which is annual plan with all the SD & HD Channels, Since last week the Airtel has migrated my existing plan without any prior info. also selected new plan without my concern, moreover they have reduced my validity by ** days.
When contacted them, they said its as per TRAI.
but going through the Order issued by TRAI, the TRAI specify that the existing Plan and the validity should not be alter, Service provider should give the same benifit, as of the existing plan.
All the SD Channels are blocked, and only HD Channels are viewable, which are not of my Choice.
No Proper response is getting, Its just like that What Airtel wishes, it happens, nothing to do with Consumers.
