Swati khandelwal filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 3, 2019
On *th July night mi tv purchased from Flipkart. It fell down by its own. Thankfully no one was hurt. When complaint the service engineer came and said that the wall mount to which it was attached was heavy as comparatively used so the screw could not bear the weight. But mi is not taking responsibility saying Flipkart engineer came and installed it. As in Flipkart, it is written that brand-authorized engineer will come and install it. So it's a workmanship deficiency and the tv was under warranty. Additional mentioning that the wall mount was also brought by that Flipkart engineer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
