Uppcl - Electricity bill

Respected Sir/Mam
I am a customer of "Purvanchal Vidyut vitran nigam limited" Uttar pradesh
They have changed my meter on **/**/**** then the last reading was ***** unit. but they made my bill an amount of Rs ****** with
bill no-************ dated **.**.****.which is not possible even I contacted their office but they did not corrected it.
Now they are giving message of prepaid recharge which is not possible due to incorrect bill receipt.
Secondly after bill correction i have paid an amount of Rs ***** dated **-**-**** which is also not dedcuted in bill Amount.
So kindly i request to you please do the Below mentioned needful
*) Bill Correction of Postpaid meter.(P******)
*) Amount deduction from bill (paid Rs ***** dated **-**-****).
due to this i am not able to do prepaid recharge
