ERANKI NAGASAI SRIRAM filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 24, 2024
I have ordered few items from this restaurant and in tandoori platter mushroom was there and i have been served mushroom in the box. On raising compliant in swiggy on same day they denied that restaurant is not accepting. All the platter was so tasteless.
I have wasted *** rupees for that.
I called the restaurant and they are so arrogant and blaming swiggy that it has not been updated in their site
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
