Shahid Iqbal filed complaint against Jet Airways on Feb 18, 2018
I booked a jetairways abu dhabi to lucknow flight no.*W***,pnr no.KETQOB.My ticket was confirmed but the airlines overbooked the jetairways flight and diverted my route instead of flying directly from abu dhabi to lucknow jetairways forced me to fly from abu dhabi to mumbai and mumbai to lucknow.I was supposed to reach lucknow around *am in direct flight but i reached lucknow via mumbai around * pm.I just want compensation from jetairways for consuming my time and for harassing me both physical and mentally.I asked the jetairways staff named Jameel id **** in abu dhabi airport to atleast give me coupon for free meal but he denied.Jameel gave wrong information to all the suffered passengers instead of telling the passengers that flight is overbooked he told flight is delayed due to fog.I just want reputed airlines like jetairways to compensate me and it will take disciplinary action against Jameel.
