I placed an order on amazon

Its been ** days they make me wait in my office for the delivery and after i wait they call and inform me it wont be done
in this period i have called CS multiple time and they have assured me replacement if not delivered by **th JAN but now amazon has cancelled my order saying rare case and closed it without prior intimation
I am ready to take necessary action
