Happyfares in - Mental Harassment and not refunding the amount

I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Happyfares regarding an extremely disappointing experience I faced today.
I mistakenly booked a ticket from Mumbai to BLR and within * minute I raised a cancellation request. Despite this, I was denied proper resolution and refund. Adding to the issue, your customer support agents, Abhishek Kumar Deb and Himanshu, behaved rudely, provided false information, and showed no professionalism.
Further, my calls were disconnected over ** times, causing immense frustration and harassment instead of support. This unprofessional conduct has caused me severe mental agony and wasted my valuable time.
Considering the fact that cancellation was requested immediately after booking and no services were utilized, I am entitled to a full refund to my original payment source without deductions. I feel cheated not only by the denial of rightful refund but also by the dishonest and rude customer service practices.

Full refund of my booking amount to the original payment mode.
Action against the agents for unprofessional and harassing behavior.
Compensation for mental agony and harassment caused by repeated call disconnections and misinformation.
