Archit filed complaint against Happyfares in on Mar 14, 2026
I received a notification that my SpiceJet flight from BLR to DEL scheduled on **/**/**** was cancelled at the last moment. I was then asked to cancel the booking from my end to process the refund. However, the refund communication states that ₹*,*** will be deducted from the total paid amount of ₹**,***, even though the cancellation was initiated by the airline. This deduction is unfair and unprofessional, as passengers should receive a full refund when the airline cancels the flight. I request clarification on this deduction and ask that the full amount be refunded without any charges.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
