Royaltaj India Resorts Private Limited - Membership Cancellation Refund

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the captioned subject. Kindly note that we buy a membership of Taj Resorts @ Rs.*****/-. And *st EMI has already been deducted from our account. And after buying this membership we got some unexpected financial losses due to pandemic situation of covid-** we lose our jobs and we are not capable right now to continue with this service but ofcourse as soon as possible we come back to you in future. But at present we are not that much capable to handle this. We humbly request you to please cancel our Membership. We had already talk with so many persons at toll free no. From last one month but till now we don't get any response from your side regarding this matter. All necessary receipts and documents attached herewith for your reference and further action. Please settle this matter as soon as possible so that we can think to get out of this situation i.e. unfortunate situation for us and because of that nothing is stable.


Kindly personally intervene in this matter.


Please arrange to do the needful in this regard at the earliest.
