ROYALTAJ INDIA RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED - Complete Fraud Cheating Misrepresentation of terms

They called me to for a travel membership and cheated me with their terms & conditions. They told me at any point I can cancel the membership and I will get my refund back. This happened on the nineteenth of January ****. Within * hours I called them to say no I don't want to continue. I have written more than ** mails to them and warned them about the legal proceedings. but they do not even respond to calls or mails. Every time I call they make something up. If this is the service and behavior of them without any booking I can only imagine what they would do. They also took my ***** rupees INR and the terms and conditions are completely opposite to what they told me verbally. They have committed a fraud and cheated me .
