Royaltaj India Resorts Private Limited - False promises

I bought their membership in September **** and they told me that I would be able to get a free international trip in some Asian countries including flight tickets. When I asked them to avail this benefit, they refused. They only gave me * destinations instead of ** earlier and also refused to book flight tickets for me and my spouse which was promised earlier.
Regarding hotel bookings subsequently, whenever I asked them to get a hotel booking, they tell that all their rooms are currently sold out. But when we had bought their membership they had promised that if their rooms are all booked, they would get us the booking from external sources which they never fulfilled.
Their customer support is pathetic and they keep rebranding their name so that people fall for their trap again since lot of people speak bad about their service online.
