We ordered Ice cream from cream stone through Swiggy. Swiggy delivered melted ice cream and it is in a liquid state. I placed this order **:** then he picked my order immediately but he delivered **:**.
The distance between the cream stone outlet to my house is less than *.* KM. But swiggy take too much time to deliver. The ice cream taste & quality also not good due to melt.
The delivery executive said that below reasons.
*.cream stone people mixed the ice cubes in the ice cream.
*. His mobile not showing my location due to the swiggy portal is not working so that delivery is delayed.
Please take necessary action on swiggy.
