My parents have send a courier containing COVID** medicines from Kerala to Bangalore on **th April'**. Till date (**st April, **:** Hrs) i have not received the courier yet.The funny side is the number given in acknowledgement No: ******** - *****-****** is incorrect number, also i tried Toll free nos (***-********) available in website and found that too fake, why they are giving dummy numbers in websites?
