Hello,
We have booked GOA to Surat flight on **-**-****
(Trip ID : ************)
With that booking I have taken the Medi-Cancel Policy that if a traveler or any family member gets any medical emergency then I can cancel the trip and take refund of it.
Now On **-**-**** my mother got Uterus Bleeding so we have visited a Gynecologist and we have been diagnosed with Uterus Cancer **-**-****.
We are only * family members so for her Emergency treatments & Surgery we had to cancel the trip.
So I have submitted all the documents for refund process,
Now they reject my refund for below reason
(Unfortunately, your refund has been rejected because of the following reasons:
Doctor's Prescription
Pre Existing Medical Condition/s is not covered under the policy)
Uterus Cancer is detected on **-**-**** then how can someone say that its pre-existing medical condition ?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
