Crocs - Material defect

I'm writing this mail to request a replacement for a pair of crocz I purchased from Crocz Lulu Mall Kochi on Jan **nd ****.
I've been an active customer of your products and the quality has always satisfied me. But recently I found a defect in both the sandals that Ive been using for almost eight months. There has been no exposure to sunlight or any other condition or any mishandling from my part.The material seems to have become brittle.
I kindly request for
replacement of both the sandals. Hope you can help me resolve this issue.
