Crocs - Marks on sides which are not going off

I purchased my crocs with lots of love
It has been my constant ever since but after a few days of using them, they started to show signs of damage in the form of marks which are not getting off with damp cloth or any cleaner.
I kindly request you to help me out in resolving this issue by replacing the item. The pictures of damaged crocs sandals are attached below.
