I anand n Panicker has purchased your premium vehicle hero expulse ***t *v on Feb **** for main dealer of kerala in kollam district (diya hero ).I have faced very poor and harrased customer service from the showroom and as well as my vehicle got main engine problem within * yr . * time engine main issue has occurred by the vehicle and I have informed in showroom but the response from showroom team was very poor.i request you replace my vehicle or swapp the engine of my vehicle.plz do kindly what is required. This vehicle is the only way through which I can go to my work ,if this problem is now resolved till tomorrow I will legally go forward. Plz.kindly request,what to do.
