Hero Motor Corp - Hero Glamour

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a new motor bike Hero Glamour B* Brand New Vehicle with Chasis No : MBLJAW***LGJ***** , AP : ** WX TR**** from sub dealer M/s Sri Chitti Automobiles Nidadavole ******on **-Oct-** and Main Dealer was M/s V Soma Sundar Rao Automobiles Tanuku - ****** after Couple of days I have observed a huge noise from the engine especially at ** to ** kmph Speed but dealer asked me to wait until first service
Problem -*: On ** -Nov- ** during this service on it was found that there is issue with Crank and need replacement but the response is very annoying and the spares are not available for immediate replacement which finally tends me to log a compliant in their website *****-****-* and finally Vehicle was handed over with necessary corrections on **-Nov-**.
Problem -*: on **- Nov- ** vehicle has stopped suddenly in the middle of the way and luckily I have mearely escaped from hit by a lorry from behind at almost *:** pm Company officials have taken bike to their service center and an official complaint registered after tweeting it *****-**-**-* the repair which was explained to me was due to Gear disengagement & non tightening of the screws
While travelling in traffic a little bit slowing the vehicle is causing the vehicle to shutdown which is causing traffic issues with this defect in bike it is difficult to use it further more and the life of the person will be in a great danger
Hero Motor Corp & its sub dealer has actively pursued to take back the faulty vehicle until -**-Nov- ** which I completely denied and, vehicle is currently under dealer custody I have been chasing on the twitter -Social media the only reply concerned team will contact me which didn't happen till date.
I have raised Grievances in Consumer Forum on **- Nov -** No ******* which is still under process
Company response on the issue is very unsatisfactory It has been just ** days it has got Couple of Complaints I am really looking for refund of the price which I have paid Currently I don’t have any other alternate to commute and this is affecting my daily activities I have a huge trust on Consumer Court after reading all the facts I request the Forum to provide suitable compensation of Rs *,**,***/- for Vehicle Cost I have spent and mental trauma caused by the company and hampering my daily activities.
