This is to inform you that i bought the new Inspiron **** few days ago from official dell website and was facing a manufacturing defect from the first day itself and raised a complain for the same and a service person was send to resolve the issue
There is still the manufacturing defect with the laptop, the system still shows charging icon even when the charger is not connected. The worst part is the clips of the back were broken during the repairing process and caused permanent damage to the unit.
The DC port has been changed
The windows has been reset
Remotely Tests and trouble shooting has been done
But no luck.
Please provide me replacement of this product now or refund my money in full
