I ordered wireless earbuds on discounted sale during republic day sale. I got them for **** which are generally for ****. I paid the amount in cash. After checking the product I found its left earbud was having few manufacturing defects. It didn't have charger connect pin and was frequently disconnecting when playing music. I raised a complain they shut down my complain saying that they did all quality checks before sending product. I asked them how can they check a sealed pack product from inside, they were not able to satisfy my query and closed my complain request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
