I Bought a Split Digital Inverter Ac *.* ton Model no.AR**RV*PAWKNNA Serial No.***APPCM******J On **-**-**** Which has warranty of **years From one of you dealer The Electronic Paradise Builing No.**,Kalkagadi chowk,Ambedkar Road,Ghaziabad We bought Ac Using Debit card But the gave bill of credit card because your company provides cash back on credit card..The Ac which was installed after *-*days by the samsung engineer.Ac was not cooling properly so we placed a complaint after **-**days then the engineers visited us and found cardboard inside the outdoor of the Ac which was to be removed at the time of installation the engineer didn’t removed it due to which the compresser was not working.This problem increased our electricity bill upto **** in **days as the ac was running but it was not cooling properly Engineers came and removed that cardboard from the outdoor.Then from Last Few days a flaw smell is coming from the ac i placed a complaint against this * engineers came to check the ac One of them gave the execuse that his nose is blocked so he cant smell it another one tooked *hours to diagnose it he cleaned the air filters which was already cleaned after *hours he said: Smell is coming from the ac but he is not able to find from where and why it is coming then he said he will forward this case to the senior engineers.My complaint No.s are: **********,**********,**********.Then The engineer visited our place on **-**-**** at *pm After checking it *hours cleaning the air filters again which was already cleaned he said that he can’t diagnose the problem he will forward it to the senior engineers.We said him that the same thing yesterday engineers who visited our place also said the same thing then he replied that they didn’t told us anything if they would have told us we will would have arranged senior engineers.Then in the evening senior engineers came Mr.rashid malik one who tooked cardboard out from the ac last month he came tooked again *hours cleaned the air filters which was already clean when he opened the ac its plastic from the corner got broken he diagnosed it and said the smell is coming from the room furniture which we bought *months ago.He was not able to find the solution he agreed that smell is coming but he doesn’t know why.Then we said that when u came last month and visited our place same furniture was in our room nothing has changed at that time there was no smell in the room and ac both then he was silent didnt had any thing to say at the end Mr.Rashid malik and his team member agreed that there is a manufacturing defect in it the flaw smell is coming from the cooling coil of the ac He talked the service centre which is in rajnagar ghaziabad.There Mr.Amjad Manager of the samsung service centre said to me that he will come tomorrow morning with his team to check the ac.Today i called Mr.Amjad Manager of the samsung service centre at *pm after waiting for him since morning asking him that when he will came at my place he replied that he is in Modinagar i asked when will u come he replied that he dont have time to visit.Then I complained this thing to the customer care at *:**pm today After this Mr.Amjad called us and visited our place with in **mins he came with an engineer and found that Ac has a manufacturing defect its cooling coil is damage becoz of it smell is coming.He said that we wont replace ac we will repair it and **% it will work properly if not they wont give any warranty/guarantee of it.I want to ask that is customer fool he is paying ***** and trusting samsung.Ac has manufacturing defect we have paid full amount for a new ac why would we use a repaired ac at this amount.I kindly want you to look forward into this as soon as possible
