I have bought a Symphony air cooler * Months before... From the day we got this product we are facing problem in cooling. I registered a complaint in customer care also as the product is in warranty. A person visited and checked but did not solved the issue saying the product is faulty and have sone problem so cooling is not working properly. Shopkeeper is saying we sold it, now we are not responsible. Symphony customer care person is saying we can't change it and there technicians are not able to solve the problems. Everytime only customers are facing problems.
