My name is Kushal Patel and I own Tata Tigor Berry Red col car registered with no:- MH ** DG ****.
Today recently I had a word with customer service desk with Ms. Preetika I am sharing my concern issue with you, I purchased this car from Wasan Motors in **** and since then I habe been constantly facing Air Conditioning issue this might be *th or *th time I am facing this problem. Whenever I am traveling on long distance trips with my client or family after driving ** to ** kms the AC pipe from where air is passed is freezed everytime and I have to either stop my car for ** to ** min or start the heater. Practically it is very irritating and cannot bare any more.
Initially I had also complained this with Wasan Motors but their attitude was very bad and then I gave to Keshwa Motors @ Nahur west there also I wasn't satisfied due to their bad background then I got refrence of Heritage Motors where I was very much satisfied and they helped me everytime. Now recently we have moved to Gujarat and I am giving my car to Yash Motors Service center last I gave them in April **** for the same problem which till now it was working properly and today all of sudden the same problem started AC fan is on but no air is coming.
I cannot wait for more time kindly check with your concern team and get back to me with a proper and solid resolution I cannot keep this car anymore.
