I havd purchased man' sweat shirt online and when I received it, it was dirty and had black patches all over it. I talked to customer service and the guy tried to cut me out. He just said that they won't refund delivery charges of *** bucks. This is insane. It is not my mistake that they sent dirty sweat. Guy cut the chat on my face.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
