Calling on name of mamaearth and asked for money and not they are refunding it back.They told it’s for gift win through promotion campaign.Total loss of Rs *****/-.Sales and promotion team is just harassing customer mentally.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
