Vibes Healthcare Limited - Malpractice

I wish to file a case against Vibes Healthcare Limited for fraud and deficiency of services.

I had a bariatric surgery on **/**/**** and I was advised by the doctor that I will need help as my skin will become loose as and when I loose weight. Hence on **/**/****, I had visited Vibes Healthcare Limited in JP Nagar and meet Monisha. She mentioned that their center is currently running an offer due to low sales where, if I pay **k, I can available any service any number of times for * months. I can go everyday if I want or once a week, it's my choice how much weight I want to lose. I informed her that since I recently had the surgery, until the doctor gives me clearance, I will not be able to start the sessions. She mentioned that was okay and I can start once doctor approves but I need to join and make payment as the offer was only for a few days. After a little bargaining, she reduced the price to **k, hence I made the payment and joined the program. She mentioned she will send me the bill via whatsapp.

I didn't receive any bill immediately. When I went to the center, they handed me the bill which had a very specific number of treatment sessions that I didn't ask for or know about. Monisha assured me that it was just for billing purposes, hence I left. I wasn't able to start the program for quite sometime due to my health condition and I had kept Vibes posted.

By the time I was able to start, Monisha had left the company. The staff mentioned that I would only be getting the sessions mentioned on the bill and that Monisha had fooled alot of people, she lied to a lot of customers to get sales and had some of them send money into her account instead of the company's account. I tried talking to someone there at that time, but it wasn't helpful. I was able to attend only a few sessions (which weren't of much help) as my health was deteriorating after losing my mother in Sept **** and hence I thought I will continue later as I had to shift my house as well. During this period, no one informed me that the program is valid for only * years, after which I will have to pay additional money to avail the sessions.

This is highly disappointing. I was offered something and provided something else. And then I was asked to pay additional money to avail something I have already paid for. I have hardly lost any weight with their help. Hence, I would like my money refunded or provide me the * month unlimited program as I was promised. They can check the cameras for the conversation I had with their branch manager at that time. I have emailed them last year and raised complaints on the National Consumer Forum but the company hasn't responded to them as well.
