Make my trip - MakeMyTrip not refunding

We booked a trip to Maldives through MakeMyTrip. But due to increasing corona cases, we asked them to cancel the trip and process the refund. They cancelled the flights and informed us that it was non-refundable. We cross checked with the airline and found that they had processes full refund of our flights. They said they will provide refund if available to them but we did not receive anything even though they have received refund from airline and we have proof of that. We are unaware of our hotel booking cancellation and they are not replying to any of our emails.
