Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd make - Makemytrip is not refunding for my international travel tickets flights got cancelled due to Covid l

Hello Team,

Makemytrip is not refunding my money and behaves unprofessionally and never respond to my emails and requests. I always get auto reply of closing ticket without any action on it
Their customer care can never be reached via phone and all emails to them goes unanswered.
Its been more than * years since our international flight got cancelled from (FRA to AMD) due to Covid lockdown

We have been given false promise of refunding my money in February this year with * months processing time. But that deadline is also past.

We are really tired of asking for our refund.
As per court and government travel companies must return refund for the flights which got cancelled due to lockdown.

Its huge amount for us.
