It's been * months since I raised a refund request and a year since my flight was cancelled due to covid. Airlines is telling me that they have processed the refund and Make my trip will provide me refund, but Make my trip just keeps mailing that they are waiting for airlines. And there is no customer care team, no way to contact them. I need my refund now.
