I ordered a product from amazon, the product is oneplus Buds Z* Bluetooth wireless in ear in black color with gift wrap and with gift card message, but when i received the order and their was no message on my gift card and main product is from the box is missing and what is received is grey color case and their is no buds in the case also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
