MagicBricks called to my mobile number and explained the benefits of prime membership in which they said, prime memberships allows access to owner numbers and also i will be getting gift vouchers. So i ourchased prime membership of Rs.*** . After payment they didn't give access to any owner numbers instead app was showing upgrade to Prime again. I sent many mails but no single reply, when I called them many times, simply they disconnect the call if problem is explained. This happened with many people- please check mouthshut.com.
Helpless now, they are playing with middle class people and doing frauds and looting the money. So this needs to be stopped and they have to be punished.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
