Magicbricks - Magic Bricks website's inferior customer service

I availed a subcription of Rs.**** on magricbricks website to list few property listings as an agent. I made the payment on ** September ****, but while filling out subscription form the connection got lost and once I manged to login again no trace of my transaction was there. I communicated through customer care number and afterwards through email and the payment confirmation was made. But even after that the subscription didn't reflected in my profile. When I made communication through the customer care they replied that, I haven't completed certain forms and norms. I did completed everything as asked and yet my profile is not reflecting any payment in my account. After more than ** days, even after furnishing all details, now my queries are answered as technical problem. I have experienced worse customer service and the worst part is the customer experience officers have no clue regarding my real status and still asking me follow the procedure in loops. I have to wait till the query reaches senior official at least to get a an answer which is always to wait. I have lost money and the good deals to other agents as my advertisement failed to reflect on time and got embarrassed and insulted by the customer care due to their iwn inability to handle the scenario. The actual loss of mine is not limited to the subscription amount it also includes my precious time and value the deals lost.
