Magicbricks - Magic Bricks sold fake owner s details

I was searching for a house in Bengaluru in Magicbricks and on **th April, I got a call from Magic bricks customer case and the executive said, I can access exclusive houses and contacts through prime membership. Hence, I took the membership on the spot while the executive was guided me to make the payment for membership through the call.
Later, I could able to access some exclusive contacts through prime membership and contacted one of the owners, where I found the property was within my requirements. However, when I asked the owner for property visit, he told me that I need to pay token advance for me to book my visiting and to get visiting pass as he said many people calling to visit the property which he said the that token amount can be refunded or adjusted later within rent depending on the outcome of my visit to property. Hence, I paid **k in multiple instalments as he instructed in order to complete the booking formalities.
However, as he was continuously saying that there is a technical issue in booking and generating my visiting pass, I then realized that there is something wrong with this guy and asked him to cancel my booking and refund my money but, I couldn't succeed.
When I contacted Magicbricks who sold me this fake owner's contact details as part of my membership, they shared the standards disclaimers and some old advertisements on the frauds happening through their platform.
I request voxya to help me to get my money back from Magicbricks as they are the prime reason for allowing such fraudsters into their platform and selling their contact details as part of prime membership which further led me to lose another **k. Thank you.
