I was asked to pay **** rupees by Magicbricks customer team to avail their premium service. I was told that there are * properties available with the amenities in the location I am looking at. So I paid **** and got their premium service. After the payment, I couldn't find a single property in that location (* BHK with car parking and fully furnished). Then I approached the magicbricks customer support team and said there is not even a single property available in that area. They said they also couldn't find any house in that location. So I requested them to refund my money but they said it cannot be given back. It is my hard earned money and I need the money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
