My machine started making noise in sone months from the day of purchase..i filed a complaint so an engineer came there is some problem and some parts need to be changed...and it will be changed within a week...but no response came until ** days...then i called them so they told me that parts are not available so your machine will be replaced or you eould get a refund...but nothing is done.
Everytime they initiate the process and after ** hrs the message comes...the seller is unable to process your request and replacement is rejected... Calling to their customer care there is a fixed reply "you will get a update within ** hrs and your replacement is approved"
But nothing is done from * month..
Flipkart is completely harassing the customers and playing with them
