Apple - MacBook ProFlexgate

So I bought a MacBook Pro **** (with Touchbar) on a student offer program for ***K INR. The screen of the system started to flicker right after the warranty period got over. This is obviously a design or manufacturing issues — and Apple is aware of it. The problem is called “flexgate” by the community and there’s also a service program for **** models. The funny part is, **** models have the same crappy design as well but we’re supposed to pay **K INR to fix it. I’m a student and I’m struggling with parents’ divorce, so naturally I couldn’t fix this and I let the system sit on my desk unused for *.* years. I was waiting for them to release a service program for ****-**** models but they didn’t. It would be cool if someone with the same issue guided me on this one. I really want it fixed for academic purposes. Thank you.
