Future Choice Hospitality - Luxury misleading travel package

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received after purchasing your travel package for ₹**,***.

When your sales team presented the package to me, they showed beautiful *-star luxury hotels and premium resorts. Based on these presentations, I decided to invest in your package believing I would get access to high-quality accommodations.

However, when I actually tried to book hotels through your service, the properties you are offering are basic hotels that I can easily book myself for around ₹*,*** per night. This is completely different from what was shown to me during the sales process.

To make matters worse, you are now asking me to pay an additional ₹**,*** as AMC charges on top of the ₹**,*** I already paid.

I feel misled and cheated. I paid ₹**,*** expecting luxury accommodations as advertised, but instead I'm getting budget hotels that are readily available at much cheaper rates if booked directly.

I want either a full refund of my ₹**,*** or access to the actual luxury properties that were shown to me during your presentation. The additional ₹**,*** AMC charge should also be waived since this was not properly disclosed.
