Future Choice Hospitality - Future choice hospitality completely Fraud cheaters

Me and my wife were invited for a presentation by future choice hospitality in sarovar portico hotel in Indore on * th October ****. A female used to call me again and again till the time we reached there. She said that they will take only ** mins and will offer us dinner, * free movie tickets and * nights * days free holiday package for free.

There they trapped us in their beautiful and cunning tactics to buy their membership. Firstly I denied it completely, they explained us the plan with overpricing. When I denied they sent us to have dinner on *nd floor. While we were having dinner the sales person saurabh upadhyay came * times to us asking again and again to change our mind with some or the other discounts and additional benefits which they will provide us.

I denied that time also and said that we need a day or * to think over it. But he was too persuasive and clever and kept telling us that these benefits are for today only and that too he has taken special approval for us only from his seniors. Ultimately my wife got trapped in his luring offers and we paid ***** RS.

After dinner he took us again to the ground floor in the same hall where we started. Before paying I asked many other things and charges but he and his senior are very clever and they very well know how to turn things around. They didn't tell us about AMC charges, they also didn't tell us about terms and conditions of AMC charges, means if we don't avail holidays in a year then also we have to pay AMC and if we don't pay it, then that year's holidays will be lapsed.

Anyone as a layman can't know everything in and out about any company or plan. We can only assume that there must be these charges only and same happened with us also. But they knew each and every thing. They intentionally hid charges and some very important conditions from us. They kept on telling us that they are not hiding any thing and they will be giving every thing written on sealed contract to us.

They are very cunning and equipped with all sales and mental tactics to trap anyone. They didn't let us read terms and conditions of the contract and kept saying that they have told us everything written in contract. They offered us a plan of ***** RS which they decreased to ***** to lure us and very cleverly they didn't let us know that every year we have to pay AMC of ***** or ***** to avail any holiday. Which means if we consider the lowest AMC of ***** then for availing all * years holiday we need to pay ***** RS more. Resulting the total cost of plan to ****** RS and I still doubt that there may be some more hidden charges which I haven't discovered. But during the whole talk of those *-* hrs they created an environment that we would be paying only *****.

This is completely fraudulent act, cheating and hiding truth.

When I talked to them after * days about AMC, they said that if we refer someone else then that AMC will be removed. Means for * successful referral * year's AMC will be waived. This is totally making us fool and also forcing us to help them to make others also fool.

I want my full money refunded and if they delay it I want **k more as I would have to pay interest on EMI.
